eStyle Hub User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the eStyleHub website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), which connects clients with independent beauty professionals offering appointment-based services.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING ANY PART OF THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

DEFINITIONS

(a) “User” refers to anyone accessing or using the Platform. “You,” “Your,” and “Yourself” refer to the individual user. “We,” “Us,” “Our,” and “eStyleHub” refer to eStyleHub, Inc. (b) “Content” means any data including text, images, videos, reviews, etc. submitted to the Platform. “User Content” is content submitted by Users. “eStyleHub Content” includes all content created and published by eStyleHub. “Site Content” refers to all content collectively.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Minors aged 14-17 may use the Platform under parental supervision. Business accounts require that you are a legally authorized representative of your business.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

ACCOUNTS

Users may register as Clients or Beauty Professionals (Providers). You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Impersonation, misrepresentation, or creation of duplicate or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited.

PLATFORM USAGE

You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purposes: Clients may book services, communicate with providers, and leave reviews. Providers may list services, manage bookings, and receive payments.

RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to: (a) Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes (b) Harass, defraud, or threaten other users (c) Upload harmful software or attempt unauthorized access (d) Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform (e) Impersonate another person or falsify identity

CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND USAGE

You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting content, you grant eStyle Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote such content within the Platform.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are securely processed. Tenants agree to pay applicable fees for subscription plans. Clients may pay online or in person depending on provider settings. No refunds are provided unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Clients must honor booked appointments, and providers must maintain accurate availability. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in account suspension.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, branding, logos, and site design are the property of eStyle Hub. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Platform without express written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

eStyle Hub provides the Platform “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold eStyle Hub harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of this Agreement

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
This User Agreement is subject to our Privacy Policy and any additional terms disclosed within the Platform.
